1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or our website form.
A booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree on the itinerary and, if required, a deposit is received.

We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.


2. Payment Terms

Payment details will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

A deposit may be required to secure accommodations, especially during high season.

The remaining balance is usually paid upon arrival in Morocco unless otherwise agreed.


3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and pre-booked accommodations.

In cases where third-party services (hotels, camps, guides) are involved, their cancellation policies may apply.


4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road safety

  • Local circumstances beyond our control

Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.


5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical expenses

  • Personal belongings

Morocco Luxury Tour is not responsible for personal insurance arrangements.


6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Morocco Luxury Tour is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Delays caused by force majeure events

  • Third-party service issues beyond our control

Travelers participate in tours at their own responsibility.


7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Political events

  • Strikes
